We had a fantastic time at the hotel! The front desk staff went above and beyond to retrieve my lost camera from the bus station. The rooms were very clean and the pool was great. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel was very clean and the staff were friendly. The air conditioning worked well, which was great during the hot weather. The breakfast was good, with an all-you-can-eat selection of typical Brazilian foods, including fresh fruits and pastries. the hotel was located in a central area, close to many attractions and shopping facilities.
The room was quite small, and the beds were somewhat hard, which is typical for Brazilian hotels. The lunch and dinner served in the hotel restaurant was not great, and I would suggest finding other places to eat.

the breakfast was decent, and the location was great. the hotel was also near several shopping centers and tourist attractions. the staff was friendly and helpful, making the stay more enjoyable.
The room was not as clean as I had hoped. the bathroom had some mildew and the carpet had a few stains.
